4 mile interval run in under 34 minutes! Check. I made this chart a while ago of my typical treadmill workouts, but I did something very similar to Interval 1 and Interval 2. Sprint 30 seconds + Jog 1 minute.
On top of my interval run… at 11AM sharp, the entire Anytime Fitness Corporate Office headed outside to celebrate. Run run run! I love my job. PS: earlier this week, Anytime Fitness was ranked the #1 place to work for in the state of Minnesota. I’m proud to be an AF staff member! WOOP!
I am sure you are wondering what in the heck Chob-oo stands for. Well, breakfast was Chobani Overnight Oats! Instead of soaking my oats in milk or water…Chobani it was!
I made Vanilla Apple Cinnamon Chob-Oo. Chobani + oats + chopped apple + water + cinnamon = LOVE.
Vanilla Apple Cinnamon Chob-Oo
1/3C oats + 1/3C water + 1/3C vanilla nonfat chobani + 1/2 chopped apple + dash of cinnamon. Mix it all together and throw it in the fridge over night. In the morning, your oats will be soft and chew. I love the tangy flavor the Chobani gives it!

Here’s what I have so far as for header options…I’m in need for some feedback…GOOD AND BAD. These are most definitely not final, just some sketches I did in Illustrator.
