Summer’s got me craving all sorts of cold treats…especially ice cream. I could eat a giant bowl of ice cream every single day. That probably wouldn’t be the best for my health…so I substitute for something just as tasty, but with a lot less added fat and sugar.
Dessert really doesn’t get any better than that ladies and gents.
Add some protein powder and you’ve got yourself a little after workout dessert refuel.
Once I cut back my hours at Anytime Corporate…I am going to have a lot more time to put into my blog. One of the things I am looking forward to doing is organizing my recipes and making them much more searchable. Right now they seem a little discombobulated. I am thinking about creating a recipage, which will add a search function.
I also want to start posting more about my workouts and exercise routines. I’d love to hear some feedback from you…
Would you enjoy reading about my workouts or do you strictly come to FFF for recipe inspiration?
For the recipe fans, what sort of recipes do you want to see more of? (ie: healthy desserts, gluten free, paleo, single serve, meat, savory)
