Apple Nachos
Looking for a healthy, kid-friendly snack idea? Slice up some apples and dress them up with nut butter, honey, seeds, and dried fruit to make apple nachos!
This recipe brought me back to the good ol’ days of after school snacks. Once a snacker, always a snacker. I remember getting off the bus, or home from soccer practice just famished. It was like I didn’t eat for the past 8 hours.
Apples and peanut butter was my all time favorite. At the time is was more like an apple and half a jar of peanut butter. Who am I kidding, I’m still the same way with nut butter 😛 Freals. It’s the perfect snack!
