These 9 Layer Fiesta Chicken Burgers are grilled to perfection and topped with fresh Mexican flavors fully equipped with guacamole, roasted corn, black beans, and fresh tomato.
I am excited to bring a delicious new burger recipe to FFF! The best part is,all you have to worry about are the fiesta toppings because these 9 LayerFiesta Chicken Burgers are made with Gold’n Plump’s Original ChickenPatties! When I first brought home my box of chicken patties, I was a littleworried. You see: A. I was starving and B. my microwave is still broken.I thought I was going to have to wait hours and hours for the patties to defrost on the counter. Then I read the front of the box: “No need to thaw!Ready to cook.”
Praise the burger gods.
While these burgers are not precooked, there are directions on how to grill, pan fry, and bake the frozen patties. #bestdayever PLUS- there are3 different flavors of patties: 1. Original 2. Mushroom & Swiss 3. Bacon &Cheddar.
I preheated my grill to about 400 degrees and slapped on 3 patties.
Did I mention that they come vacuum-sealed with three 1/3 lb. patties in each pouch? This is actually genius. Usually when Blake and I have dinner, I have 1 burger and he has 1-2. No need to cook all 6 at the same time! The other package went back in the freezer for later.
I’m sure you are wondering what all of the layers are?
