- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, high quality
- 1/3 cup Organic Love Beets’ beet puree
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, large
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and slighly cooled
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or milk)
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9×9 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Next, in a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Then, add in wet ingredients: eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, and beet puree, and mix until smooth.
- Transfer batter into pan and cook at 350 for about 20 minutes or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
- Serve warm and gooey.
