- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2–3 stalks celery sliced (about 1 cup)
- 12 ounces frozen peas thawed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon fried and crumbled
Instructions
- In a glass bowl, spread a layer of lettuce evenly across the bottom, then top it with red onion, celery, and peas.
- Spread mayonnaise on the celery, sprinkle with sugar, then layer with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
