Paleo Salted Caramel Frappe

Paleo Salted Caramel Frappe

Have your coffee and breakfast too! Make this salted caramel frappe for a delicious, paleo-friendly breakfast made with frozen banana, coffee, and homemade caramel!

This is definitely a Friday-worthy recipe. Coffee + salted caramel. YES PA.LEASE.

I have been without a blender or food processor for a couple of weeks now (they both broke within the same week :/) and I finally got myself one that does both. Ohhhhh goodness have I been without smoothies for too long!

This delicious smoothie is made with Lexi’s Clean Kitchen’s paleo-friendly homemade caramel. I could have drank that stuff straight from the stovetop  It’s extremely easy to make and you only need a few simple ingredients.

Inside the rest of the frappe are all my favorite things…

  • frozen banana
  • coffee
  • Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk
  • vanilla extract (or vanilla bean if you’re going big:)

The thing I love about this frappe is that it’s your breakfast and coffee in one! Cuz who doesn’t love killing two birds with one stone.

Pure love. Pure love.

But really, this frappe rocks my world and was a nice entry back into smoothie making.
