  • 1 cup mixed berries (I used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 scoop Designer Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cut Silk Vanilla Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender (I use a magic bullet) and blend for about a minute.
