  • -1 and ⅓C of coconut milk
  • -1T chia seeds
  • -1T flax seeds
  • -1/2 mashed banana
  • -handful of chopped strawberries
  • -handful of blueberries
  • -1 scoop of Show Me the Whey Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a large mason jar and let sit in the fridge over night
