- -1T chia seeds
- -1T flax seeds
- -1/2 mashed banana
- -handful of chopped strawberries
- -handful of blueberries
- -1 scoop of Show Me the Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large mason jar and let sit in the fridge over night
