- 5 chicken breasts, 4 oz. each
- ½ cup tamari (or coconut aminos or soy sauce)
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup siriracha
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
Instructions
- Place 5 chicken breasts on the bottom of a slow cooker. Then rub with 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.
- Set crock-pot to high heat and cook for 2.5-3 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and easily shredded.
- Shred chicken with 2 forks.
- Make sauce by mixing together tamari, honey, and sriracha. Then, pour on top of shredded chicken and mix.
- Serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli.
