Crock-pot season is here. WOOOOOO! Can you tell I’m pumped?! Seriously the slow cooker needs to be your best friend, especially if you have a family or are in college. It is THE EASIEST way to meal prep and takes little to no effort. So none of that “I don’t have timeeeeeeeeee.”
Really though, slow cookers are my jam and I know they are yours too. One pot meals are some of the most popular on FFF and it’s clear why! Today my blogging girlfriends and I are partnering with Hamilton Beach for an awesome slow cooker giveaway (scroll to the bottom). We each got to test out one of their programmable slow cookers for these recipes. YES.
Let’s check out what everyone else made before I talk all things Honey Sriracha Chicken.

I’ve made it 4 times already and my sister has made it twice! IT’S SOOOO easy to make and you only need 5 ingredients. BOOM SAUCE. I made my chicken with tamari, but if you’re looking to keep things paleo-friendly, feel free to use coconut aminos! If gluten-free isn’t a big deal to you, feel free to use soy sauce. Either way the sauce is made from 3 things: honey, sriracha, tamari. I think you can handle that.
Check out all that garlic ^^.
That’s what I’m talking about! The chicken slow cooks in garlic for about 3 hours before it’s ready to shred. Then, you mix up the sauce and shizam…dinner is ready! Serve the chicken with some short grain brown rice or cauliflower rice and huzzah!
