- 1 (750 ml.) bottle of Prairie Organic Vodka (option to use their cucumber flavor!)
- 2 large sprigs of mint
- 1/2 honeydew, balled
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 2 12-oz. cans ginger beers
- 1/2 liter club soda
Instructions
- First, infuse your vodka by placing the entire bottle of Prairie Organic Vodka, mint, honeydew, and cucumber in a large pitcher or drink dispenser.
- Let sit for about 30 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve over ice.
