Looking for a large-batch cocktail recipe? Make this delicious Cucumber Melon Ginger Punch recipe made with fresh honeydew, cucumber, organic vodka, and ginger beer!
One of the best parts about my job is supporting local. So many of Fit Foodie Finds’ clients are based here in Minneapolis/St. Paul and it just makes me so happy to be able to partner with brands right in my backyard. Today’s recipe is sponsored by Prairie Organic Spirits. I was super excited when they reached out because this is the exact vodka that I keep on hand (at all times). I love this brand so much because they work with local farmers distilling their organic vodka straight from the soil to the bottles. The vodka they produce is small batch, gmo free, and all ingredients are grown without pesticides, making it organic. If you know anything about organic farming then you know this process is much more hands on for farmers. Long story short, I love what this brand stands for.
Today I am sharing a large batch punch recipe because lets be honest, usually you’re not making just 1 drink, you’re making drinks for a crowd! What you’ll need for this amazing Cucumber Melon Ginger Punch is:
- An entire bottle of Prairie Organic Vodka
- 1/2 a honeydew
- 1 large cucumber
- mint
- 2 ginger beers
- club soda
The key to this drink is letting the vodka soak in the fruit for about 30 minutes before mixing up the rest of the drink. SO SO SOOO GOOD. The flavors are on point and you’ll definitely be going back for seconds! PS: I recently bought this adorable mason jar drink dispenser off Amazon and I’ve already used it multiple times. It’s perfect for parties, picnics, and large batch drinks!
This post is sponsored by Prairie Organic Spirits. I was compensated and all opinions are my own. Thank you so much for supporting Fit Foodie Finds and my love for Minnesota companies (oh, and vodka!). ENJOY RESPONSIBLY. 21+ only.
