coconut chocolate energy balls
Nothing like waking up before 6AM on a Sunday morning. I just can’t sleep. All I’ve been thinking about is balls and the future of Fit Foodie Finds! I was hoping to have some sort of business planned worked out this weekend, but I don’t want to rush things. I want to give my mind a little bit of time to settle in with this whole Shark Tank thing!
In my early awakening yesterday, I decided to create a new ball recipe, of course.
I call them Coconut Chocolate Energy Balls. Can you guess what’s in them? This recipe makes about 10-11 balls, definitely 10 if you’re like me and have to test the batter
You can’t go wrong by adding more chocolate to something that’s already made with chocolate
I’ve been doing much better when it comes to eating the balls I make in moderation. Sometimes it’s hard to “just have one,” but I have been working hard on my intuitive eating. One ball is around 100 calories and that’s for me, it’s the perfect after lunch or dinner treat!
