- ¼ cup red wine vinegar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together the beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and cilantro.
- Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, then whisk or stir to combine.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, then serve with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
