Crock-Pot Fajita Tacos I know Sundays have been devoted to “one-pot” meals…but I took this taco recipe to the next level by adding some deliciously garlicky sautéed peppers & some must have toppings. I started off by making my meat inside my handy dandy crock pot. It cooked rather fast…in fact it only took 2 hours on high. So I suggest throwing the meat in mid-morning or late afternoon to have it ready for lunch or dinner.
