Apple Pie Overnight Oatmeal

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 large apple
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ tablespoon coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized tupperware. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  1. First, chop apple into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Then, in a sauce pan. Heat ½ tablespoon coconut oil. Place the apples on top and add coconut sugar and cinnamon. Sautee on medium/high heat for about 5 minutes or until the apples turn golden brown and begin to soften.
