- 1/2C raw almonds, finely chopped
- 1/2C quinoa, cooked
- 15 pitted dates
Instructions
- In a small food processor, processes almonds until they are finely chopped. Set aside.
- Then, process dates until they become almost like a paste. Add the almonds back in and process. Finally, add in the quinoa and process.
- Form dough into balls and freeze for about an hour.
