9 Layer Fiesta Chicken Burgers + Grill Basket Giveaway!

Ingredients

  • For the Burger:3 Gold’n Plump Original Seasoned Ground Chicken Patties
  • 3 burger buns (I recommend getting these in the bakery section of your grocery store)
  • Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
  • For the Toppings:Guacamole
  • Tomato, thinly sliced
  • Purple Onion, thinly sliced
  • Fire Roasted Corn or Canned/Grilled Corn
  • Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. First, preheat grill to 400F. Then, spray your grill grates with coconut oil cooking spray or rub with coconut oil/vegetable oil.
  2. Next, place frozen patties onto the grill. Cover and let cook for 7-10 minutes. Then flip, and finish cooking for an additional 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  3. Slice buns down the middle. Spray each end with coconut oil cooking spray and place on the top rack of your grill (not directly on flame). Let cook for 1-2 minutes or until desired texture.
  4. Place burger patties on buns and layer with toppings.
